Why Play?

This holiday season, start (or strengthen) a family tradition that teaches your kids one of the most valuable lessons—giving back. Watch their curious and loving eyes light up when they realize that receiving gifts and surprises, is just as fun as giving them! 

Share with them that as a family, you are participating in our fun virtual  games, and the choice to do so, directly impacts desperate children out there whose family cannot afford fees for their learning programs.

Your participation will help 1 child in Uganda, 3 kids in Kenya, 3 kids in Durham, Canada, and others who are on our waitlist. They’ve shared their stories on the next tab—listen to their requests with your family—we promise you, each one will touch your hearts, and make both you and your child humbled to participate.

Here’s a sample of the types of games to expect as well as the level of skillsets it will help your kids master. Some games require printouts while others don’t. You will gain full access to the downloads, PDF, and games after you donate. All the struggling kids that we support appreciate your donation and assistance.

how to participate...

For a donation of just $10 per child, your kids will access games and activities that are designed to engage and challenge their young minds to explore new activities and sharpen several developmental life-skills. There’s games for different age groups—some will require printouts while other games & challenges can be played without any printouts.

Your family can choose to jump right into the games and challenges on your own, or you can join virtual groups of other families participating in the same to share and learn from each others’ responses. Scroll to learn more about which games to expect and donate to get started!

season 1 games: 20 types of games

#1: Guess Number of Items

You will see a container full of items, in 7 different angles—your task is to estimate the number of items in the container. Will you be able to analyze & predict the correct number?

#2: Create an Item

Set your imagination free. Create an item with the theme we provide.

#3: Guessing Game

You will be asked a question related to this picture. Your task is to think of possible answers. We might or might not provide clues for the correct answer.

#4: Word Search

Let’s see who has an eagle’s eye. Are you able to hunt down the words on the word search provided?

#5: Coloring/Painting

You will be provided with adorable pictures to color, paint, or decorate. Select the one that inspires you and color/paint it. Feel free to color all of them!

#6: Memory Game

We’ll replace the gray image with a photo. Memorize details in it. We then remove the photo and ask questions to see what you can remember.

#7: Alphabet Brain-Teasers

You will access alphabet-related brain-teasers. It will be fun to see how the challenges engage your brain to respond.

#8: Essays

You will access 3 thought-provoking statements. Choose one that you feel passionate about and write an essay. We will publish the top ones on our website as blogs!

#9:Join the Dots

Practice your numbers by simply joining the dots to reveal some adorable animal-pictures. Feel free to color or decorate your page.

#10: Crossword

Select your favourite crossword from the options we provide—we challenge you to find all the words!

#11: Find the Treasure

You will access an adorable maze. Help the mouse fund it’s way to their treasure!

#12: Color By Number

Test your observation skills while you have fun colouring this picture per the guidelines assigned.

#13: I Spy Game

You will be given a photo and asked to identify how many other similar items are on that picture.

#14: Riddles

Combine your creativity with your problem solving skills to solve these 5 riddles. Who will solve all of them without help?

#15: Arts & Crafts Challenge

You will choose a theme per your preference—all designed to tap into your imagination and bring your cool ideas to life!

#16: Scavenger Hunt

Go on a hunt of 2 different searches for items in your surrounding. Let’s see which unique item each family finds, especially if you are in different countries–or continents!

#17: Poetry

Choose a topic from the options provided and write a poem. A few may be selected to be published on our website and/or social media.

#18: Photography Challenge

Access a couple of options and choose one (or all) themes to capture—we can’t wait to see your photographs per the choices provided.

We are excited to see the results of this activity! As you can already guess, it’s a challenge that surrounds the topic of recycling.
