Find below the heart-breaking struggles of our beneficiaries. The more volunteers and funds we get, the broader and faster our reach will be.

Please also note that we have changed some of the names and pictures of our recipients per their request to protect their identity. Only our team, donors, and recipients’ next of kin will have access to those specific details, unless a recipient themselves decides to share their story/details.

International Reach:

We are aware and we empathize with youths around the globe who struggle with their education. Our founders are from Kenya, Africa though, which makes followup of cases and students much easier considering availability of local resources. With more funds as well as volunteers/support, we will expand to other countries. Currently we are assisting students from Kenya, Uganda, Congo, and Pakistan. If you are a family that is struggling, don’t lose hope—tell us about your challenges and let’s review some possible solutions for you.

Please consider donating. No contribution is too small or too large.

nadia'S KIDS
primary level

Nadia’s kids, with the oldest being 9, were not in school when we heard of their story. Even though both her and her husband constantly worked to make ends meet, it had been tough to do so. We helped their 3 older kids transit from no-school to being tuitioned at home and finally transited the older two into schools in 2025. It has all been a huge help to a family where kids struggled to fit into their peer groups intellectually, to now seeing them grow in confidence and skills/education needed to help them build their futures.

MARTIN'S DAUGHTERS
NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL

Martin is a hardworking man who just needs someone to offer him an opportunity. He has knocked on doors but has struggled to keep a job due to the economy and closing of businesses. He has moved from one casual job to another to survive. Martin is a single dad of two girls and one can only imagine how he manages to survive in Likoni, Mombasa (Kenya). With our help, two of his daughters have been in school for the second year now, and that has been a huge relief and assistance for their family.

PAUL
HIGH SCHOOL

When the head of their family passed away, Paul and his family were left to tend for themselves. On top of dealing with loss and grief, the state of the economy also affected his mother’s business.

Aside from basic and survival needs and a struggling business, this family has had to also educate two kids. This scholarship to one of the kids has been a huge help and relief to this family. We look forward to seeing their growth as well as supporting them.

fatima'S KIDS
primary SCHOOL

Fatima from Pakistan has two kids, and has moved back to her parents’ home after a divorce. She is currently a single mother who is struggling to make ends meet. Fatima is hardworking and tirelessly working to support both the family and her kids, but she is cornered with much more on her shoulders than she can handle. She has understandably been worried about her kids’ education and future.

SARA
MIDDLE SCHOOL

Sara, is the daughter of a local community spiritual teacher. While her father works hard and plays a big role in uplifting their community, finances are still a big hurdle. Sara is part of a society in Congo where girls’ education is considered a luxury and even unnecessary in some instances. We are working to motivate and encourage this family to push on Sara’s education so that she can hopefully rise and move past just basic survival needs and expectations of her community. We hope she will one day thrive and even help other girls like her.

MARYAM'S KIDS
PRIMARY SCHOOL

We are assisting a mom whose two kids were kicked out of school for not having school fees. Our organization started by helping the kids with their fees and later found out that one of them actually went to school in an area where thugs and thieves often hung around! The school they went to even had pools of water during rain making it unaccessible and extremely stressful for parents. Upon hearing that, we switched the younger child to a much safer and better quality school. Both kids are studying well and doing great in school.

DONATE

What if you swapped just one luxury meal or outing for a donation? Our beneficiaries would highly appreciate you! Remember, no amount is too small or too large.

pharmacy
college

We are assisting a bright and ambitious young lady from Kenya who has been accepted to a Canadian college. She is passionate about pharmacy and helping the community. As her fees have been too high for our small foundation, we have been helping to pay for her transport to and from college, as well as some application fees needed for things like her work permit and VISAs. We have also been providing emotional support thru her course. Although we feel it is very little help, she has felt it has been a huge assistance for her survival needs in a new country and culture.

OMAR
MIDDLE SCHOOL

Feisal is a young boy in Uganda whose Dad lost his job due to COVID-19 Challenges. He had been missing school because of lack of fees and his father has been stressed about his son’s future. We have helped pay half of his current term’s fees and are working towards fundraising for the rest of his school year.

khamis
truck driving

Khamis is married with 4 young kids. Unfortunately, he lost his job due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and has since then struggled to provide for his family. Khamis was offered to work as a truck driver with a UN connected opportunity, and has sought our help to assist in paying part of his truck driving school fees. He hopes to work, provide for his family, and then to reach out to help others. Khamis is a professional lifeguard and has a dream to train & build a lifeguard team.

FARID
COLLEGE

Meet young, ambitious Farid . He is a 20 years old who has grown up in Mombasa, Kenya. He hopes to become a successful businessman one day. He has enrolled for a Bachelors of Commerce course at Technical University of Mombasa.

Farid is excited that with our help, he gets the opportunity to complete his education, achieve his personal goals, and also to contribute to society by helping others like him.

DONATE

No contribution is too small or too large. Our beneficiaries will appreciate whatever you can spare for them.

ABOUT YOUR DONATIONS:

Your gift/donation either goes towards supporting an ongoing scholarship or helps us to move a youth’s application from waitlisted to an active scholarship.

We protect your donation and ensure it influences a change in both a youth’s life and in their family/communities as well. We do not allow youth or their family to receive money directly. All learning fees go straight to the respective institution where we also track their progress. As a strong influencer, you will receive updates about how your donation is making an impact.

Note: Some beneficiary names and photos have been altered so as to protect their identities. All their stories, achievement, and challenges are based on real life events.

ABOUT OUR LOCAL REACH:

During the creation of our foundation, we reached out to assist both local (Canadian) and international students. After analyzing and prioritizing of needs in 2025, we opted to focus on international students especially from third world countries.

We still touched several lives around the GTA, Ontario, Canada and their families are grateful of those we assisted.

HANNAH
PRIMARY LEVEL

We helped Hannah, a single mom with low income with homeschooling  curriculum, art suppliers, printing material and more. So it was deeply saddening during one of our occasional follow-ups to hear that her son would hide behind the couch during his sister’s math classes. His curiosity and passion for mathematics is grew but because they couldn’t  afford classes, he had to quietly peek behind a couch to grasp whatever he could. We helped this family for about a year and a half but then had to pause on the financial help due to focus moving towards assisting kids and families in third world countries as a priority.

LILY
GYMNASTICS

Lily is passionate about gymnastics and her dream is to be an Olympian. She thrives when she is doing what she loves—learning so much about life, opportunities, and possible career paths. Her parents could not afford the full fees and we helped  to top up what’s needed for almost a year. We even partnered with her program coordinator to sell some olive-wooden spoon sets so from Kenya that then help pay for her fees. Due to lack of enough funds, we’ve not been able to keep it consistent which sadly creates tension and obstacles for young Lily.

LOCAL INTERACTIONS
COMMUNITY

During our efforts of helping the community, we have not always been able to assist everyone’s educational needs financially.  As a young organization seeking donations from family and friends, we have had to sadly reduce and pause on Canadian scholarships. However, we have worked to assist in non-monetary ways such as donations of items like colors, printing papers, stationaries as well as providing other assistance to families and enhancing their educational journeys.
